Paganoni 1999 DL #6.
This is number 6 out of the series of 8 special Doyle Lawson model John Paganoni mandolins. The Lawson model differs from the standard Pag because Doyle handpicked the wood & had some participation in the building process. This one features a gorgeous, highly flamed, one piece maple back, highly flamed sides, varnish finish, & elegant fern inlay. This one sounds amazing. Powerful, yet sweet. It's as close to a 20's Gibson F-5 as it gets. It is in very good condition with some play wear & natural distressing. It comes in the original, hand made by Paganoni, Loar reproduction case.
$12,000 obo

Hutto
Here we have a very nice Hutto mandolin ,this one was made back before Gibson knocked on Johns front door,it has "The Gibson" inlayed in the headstock along with a Flowerpot, also has the Gibson
Master Model label and a Loar serial number ,this particular Hutto was stripped and refinished in varnish by Chris Stanley,Chris did an amazing job,the varnish looks right and its the right Loar
color, all Huttos sound good, some do not look good as John was color blind as i understand and some just were not pretty to look at,most of his later ones were sold in the white and finished by
someone else, this is definitly a plus that this one was done by Stanley and in varnish,it also has recently recieved a complete refret and radiused board, also all Gibson gold hardware ,this was all
done by Jackie Miller,it plays great, sounds even better, it comes in a fiberglass Bobelock case.
