2010 Sheppard F5 #25
Just finished, this Sheppard F5 could be the very best mandolin I have
ever crafted. It has outstanding tone and volume qualities. It has that
great, deep, "woody" tone and bell like highs. It features a tapped tuned
Adirondack Red Spruce top and tone bars. A tapped tuned curly Maple
back and curly Maple neck. The mother of pearl peg head inlay is hand
cut and on this mandolin it features the number "25" inlayed just behind
the nut. The nut width is 1 5/32". It has a 12" radiused ebony fret board
and Conversion Varnish Finish. It comes with a "Bobelock" hard shell
case. (Several colors to choose from.)
